Who we are...
We are a family of Entrepreneurs who have spent 40+ years building our various companies in industries ranging from Party-Plan to Real Estate to Entertainment. In 2015, we realized that what we like doing just as much as building OUR companies, is helping others build THEIR companies.
We started off small - helping local companies in small ways, with advice guidance and strategy. As we began to talk to more people, we realized that there was a need for more. So many small and family-owned companies spend needless dollars on consultants who are focused on their own bottom-line. We want to help.
Because we've owned small, large and family businesses, we know what you want and need. Often, that's just some advice, guidance or specialization - without breaking your bank account.

Jamie is the founder of Ohana Enterprises. After receiving his Masters Degree in Hospitality from Cornell University, Jamie focused on Employee and Management Training & Development. For Ohana, Jamie travels the country delivering the training classes he creates for companies. Additionally, Jamie has been acting General Manager and President for some of our clients during times of transition and/or growth.
Tiffany is known and respected world-wide as the founder of UndercoverWear, one of the most successful party-plan companies in history. Hundreds of Thousands of women have turned to Tiffany of guidance, motivation, direction and life advice. Tiffany has literally changed the lives of women around the world. With Ohana, Tiffany focuses on Party-Plan Training, Executive Coaching and Life Coaching.
Walter James
Walter James has spent his life as an entrepreneur & visionary. As a professional musician, Walter attended Berklee College of Music and played on both regional and national stages. In his business career, he founded UndercoverWear with his wife, Tiffany, as well as several successful Real Estate ventures and Restaurant Investments. Walter now focuses on motivational seminars as well as Executive Coaching in Logistics, Operations and Finance.
